  • Prices are FOB Anaheim, CA (MM Tile & Stone’s warehouses).
  • Natural stone is a product of nature and is therefore subject to natural variation of color, shading, veins, marking and texture from piece to piece. The typical variation of a stone is dependent upon the type of stone selected.
  • All-natural stone is subject to some wearing or scratching over time.
  • MM Tile & Stone highly encourages its customers to obtain current samples before placing an actual order. All characteristics of the current batch of the take out the word “the” material(s) should be reviewed and suitability of these items should be confirmed.
  • No claims will be accepted after materials are fabricated or installed. We extend no guarantees; expressed or implied, as to slipperiness, wear, resistance or maintenance procedures.
  • We assume no responsibility in processing freight claims as all freight claims need to be handled by the buyer(s) with the carrier(s).
  • RETURNS & EXCHANGES are subject to approval and can only be accepted within 30 DAYS of the actual purchase date. Certain items and custom products cannot be returned, under any circumstance. NO PARTIAL RETURNS will be accepted. Orders need to be returned completely (in full). Returns & exchanges are at the sole discretion of MM Tile & Stone.
  • A credit card fee of 3% will be applied to all returned orders paid with a credit card.
  • Fees (varying) will be charged for returned checks and invoices not paid within agreed upon terms will be charged 2.5% per month on all unpaid sums; together with such collection fees, legal fees and court expenses as MM Tile & Stone may reasonably incur in the enforcement of the obligation.
  • Return Policy: A written email notice should be sent along with the photos of the invoiced product and the photos of the product labels and boxes. After sending them, our company will give a confirmation of the return to the buyer or will come to inspect the goods on site. Failure to show the goods may result in cancellation of the refund process.
  • The goods may only be returned after the customer proves that the goods are not loaded. In order to prove this, the customer takes the controlling responsibility in person before loading it. There is no refund for any product that was not controlled by the buyer or in any cases where an expert was not sent before the loading.
  • The buyer is responsible for all the shipping costs, loading expenses and insurance during the return process.
